1. Types of Manuscripts
The journal accepts the following types of submissions:
Original Research Articles
Review Articles
Short Communications
Case Reports (where applicable)
Editorials and Commentaries
2. Submission Requirements
Authors must ensure that:
The manuscript is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere
All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript
The submission complies with ethical standards
All sources are properly cited
Any conflicts of interest are disclosed
3. Manuscript Structure
Manuscripts should be prepared in clear academic English and include:
Title Page (title, authors, affiliations, corresponding author)
Abstract (150–250 words)
Keywords (3–6 keywords)
Introduction
Materials and Methods
Results
Discussion
Conclusion
Acknowledgments (optional)
References
4. Formatting Guidelines
File format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
Font: Times New Roman, size 12
Line spacing: 1.5 or double
Margins: standard (2.5 cm)
References: Vancouver style (recommended for medical journals)
5. Figures and Tables
Figures and tables must be numbered sequentially
Provide captions for all figures and tables
Images must be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi)
Ensure all materials are original or properly licensed
6. References
References must be accurate and complete
Follow a consistent citation style (Vancouver recommended)
Ensure all cited works are listed and vice versa
7. Ethical Considerations
Studies involving humans or animals must include ethical approval
Informed consent must be obtained where applicable
Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest
8. Plagiarism Check
All submitted manuscripts are screened for similarity using professional plagiarism detection tools such as iThenticate (Crossref Similarity Check) prior to peer review. Manuscripts with unacceptable similarity levels will be rejected.
9. Peer Review Process
All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review
At least two independent reviewers evaluate each manuscript
Authors may be required to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback
10. Article Processing Charges (APC)
Authors are required to pay the article processing charges (APC) for publication. Details regarding the publication fee are provided on the journal website. The APC covers editorial processing, peer review management, and online publication.
11. Submission Process
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s official website. Authors are required to create an account and upload their manuscripts via the online submission system.
12. Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain the copyright of their work
Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0)
Proper attribution must be given when the work is reused
13. Revision and Acceptance
Authors must respond to all reviewer comments
Revised manuscripts should clearly indicate all changes
Final decisions are made by the editorial board
