1. Role of Reviewers
Reviewers are responsible for:
Evaluating the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the manuscript
Providing clear, constructive, and unbiased feedback
Assisting editors in making informed publication decisions
2. Confidentiality
All manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents.
Reviewers must not share, discuss, or disclose any part of the manuscript
Information obtained during the review process must not be used for personal advantage
3. Objectivity and Fairness
Reviews should be conducted objectively and professionally.
Personal criticism of authors is inappropriate
Comments should be supported by clear arguments and evidence
Reviewers must avoid bias based on nationality, gender, or institutional affiliation
4. Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must decline the review if:
There is any personal, financial, or professional conflict of interest
They are not sufficiently qualified to review the manuscript
5. Review Criteria
Reviewers are expected to evaluate manuscripts based on:

6. Timeliness
