Type of Peer Review

All journals under this platform operate under a double-blind peer review system:

The identities of authors are concealed from reviewers

The identities of reviewers are concealed from authors

This approach ensures fairness, objectivity, and unbiased evaluation.

Initial Editorial Screening

Upon submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial evaluation by the editorial team to ensure:

Relevance to the journal’s scope

Compliance with submission guidelines

Basic scientific quality and methodological soundness

Absence of obvious ethical concerns

Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be rejected without external review.

Reviewer Selection

TITU Academic Publishing aims to ensure an efficient review process:

Initial editorial decision: within 5–10 days

Peer review process: typically 2–4 weeks

Final decision: within 4–6 weeks (depending on revisions)

Confidentiality

All manuscripts and related communications are treated as confidential. Reviewers and editors must not disclose or use any information for personal advantage.

Conflict of Interest

Editors and reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from the review process when necessary.

Ethical Standards
